Thank you to all of my choir family. This has been a great year, even though it may not have ended the way we expected or wanted. One highlight from this year was Polyphony's performance for the State School Board Conference. It was fun and memorable to me, to receive a standing ovation after our performance.

It's not just one specific memory, it's all the them! Being able to see all the new girls grow and really show the amazing talent they have was astonishing. Just having the opportunity to spend time with all the lovely people in choir is such a blessing! To be 100% honest choir was always the best part of my day and I'm so glad I got to spend it with you guys! Love you all so much!

Just being around the people in choir, getting to know them, learning about them and talking with them was amazing, and being able to sing while surrounded by such an amazing family made one of my favorite things even better! :)

I do remember that. it was also the day that when I got up there for my turn I knew the song but then it flew right out of my head and I was standing up there like a fool (so embarrassing) but now I when I look back I just laugh at it.

My favorite memory for this year is going to All State and singing in the Mormon tabernacle building. also when we sang at the western park for the Tournament of Champions when at the end of the song the crowed was cheering so loud that you could not hear anything else.

This program has given me more fun and amazing memories than I can count, from freshman year, hiking in Zion, picnicking in the sun, and finding people that I'll look up to for years. Sophomore year going to the opera and dancing in the rain. Junior year seeing USU and becoming truly like a family with Hilites. Senior year with even more new friends and countless jokes from Merryweather. Three Honor choirs, Two Allstates, a hundred hours on a bus, four years of singing valentines, two years of community Christmas performances, one year of Sovoce, amazing harmonies, fabulous lyrics, crazy dance moves, tons of inside jokes, and a high school filled with joy later, there is one thing that stands out to me from my time in choir, the laughter. So much laughter and joy have come into my life because of these people. Years down the road, the kids I sang with will always have a special place in my heart. I became who I am in that choir room. Music makes life and moments special. I'm so thankful for the opportunities I was given through choir, thankful for the friendships, thankful for the laughter, thankful for the joy.

my favorite memory in choir was just being with the ones that you love while doing the thing that you love most. I miss seeing everyone's smiling faces I want to give a special shoutout to all of the seniors this year because they where the people that I looked up to, how I wanted to be, and do the things that they where able to accomplish. you helped my develop my love for music and singing. I don't know if I would have my strong voice if there weren't those to go on this amazing journey. I miss you all and hope that you are doing ok during this hard time Just always remember that you have a place in my heart.

My favorite memory from choir is all of it! I am so glad I got the guts to audition in junior year! I have grown so much and made so many amazing memories. Especially this last year, my senior year. The choir room became my favorite part of my day, it was my safe place. I love the music we created together and I love my choir family so so so much. They instantly became my best friends. There are way too many memories to count, but I have a few.

I am a band kid, through and through, but surprisingly this year, I found that my chior family is just as important in my life. My favorite memory of choir was watching movies as a whole group after singing valentines. I love and miss you all!

Where do I start? Choir has been my home since I moved here to Vernal my sophomore Year. I loved State Large Group festival and Honor Choir my sophomore year. Honor Choir, being in Luminosa, and Mini Tour with Hi-Lites Junior year were magnificent memories. I made so many life-long friends my junior year in Hi-Lites. So many memories outside of choir organized events took place but were still only possible through the opportunities I had through choir. Senior year was special of course but still a blast. Mini Tour, All-State, Honor Choir, School Board trip, etc were all things that made this year completely worthwhile! Polyphony, SoVoce, and Luminosa will always hold a very dear place in my heart. I tried going a trimester without my Luminosa girls and it didn't work well! I was in by second trimester because the support and love there is incredible. The bond grown in Polyphony makes for lifelong friends that I will miss when I graduate. I didn't realize how much I missed it all until we had our first Zoom meeting! The laughs were amazing. From what I remember, choir has been the place where I had my best laughs my entire high school career. I have a deep love for everyone in the program and the program itself. I will forever be grateful for it all and will always think of choir as being the place where my high school "Hi-Lites" took place. ;) Thank you to everyone. Cheers!

When I first joined Choir, it was because I was supposed to do it. That was the plan, so I followed the plan. Freshman year choir was fun, but my heart was in different places. As we neared the end of last year, I started to realize how much of a family choir is. Everyone is there for each other and loves everyone. I was loved by people in choir and that is something I wasn’t finding anywhere at the time. Hannah, Lucy Roberts, and Eliza have been huge influences to me. Their love for choir and for me has inspired me to continue in choir and take all of the opportunities presented to me. I was pretty certain I was going to quit last summer. 😬🤫(sorry Merryweather) But I decided that I needed that love and support in my life, so I did Luminosa again. This year I feel like I have grown my abilities in singing, leading, and loving. I have such a love for singing and the choir now, that I could never give it up! I don’t know what I would do without all of you lovely people and you too Merryweather 😉😂

This year was a blast! Well... except for the virus that came in. One of my most memorable events was the Christmas Concert with all my boys in Virsonum and Polyphony. Thanks to the girls for cheering us on while we got to be goof balls!
