I’m running out of inspiring things to say here. I’ve never really been much of a writer. To infinity and beyond…..you’re not my father…..you can’t handle the truth….with great power comes great responsibility….
Audition Results
Choir audition results are listed on the choir website: www.uintahhighchoir.weebly.com under a blog post titled Choir Audition Results 2020-2021. Go there to see who will be in Polyphony, Luminosa and Virsonum next year. Also, our numbers are really low, so keep encouraging your friends to fill out the Choir Interest Form. Week 7 Assignments in Canvas
There is NO REQUIRED assignment this week in Canvas. This week is mainly for students to get caught up if they are behind. However, there is a Fun Choir Assignment called Our Choir Family – I See Colors. The assignment is related to a post on the choir website: www.uintahhighchoir.weebly.com . It should be fun and hopefully we can spread some goodwill around our choir family.
SoVoce (Again)
If you have time this week record and send me a video, via email, of you singing Higher Ground. Do the whole song. Use the full rehearsal recording link on the choir website. We’ll see if we can pull together another video.
Choir Photos Needed (Again)
Leadership is working on an End Of Year Video and needs choir photos from students. If you have choir photos, please send them to: uintahchoirpictures@gmail.com
Choir Video Conference
I am planning to have a video conference using Zoom on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. This will be the schedule:
All Choir Students – 11:00-11:45am
All Uintah High Choir students are invited to attend this conference if they have any questions that they would like to ask live or if they would like to talk with Mr. Merryweather or any of their choir family. It is not required to attend the conference. It’s mainly so we can all see each other. The link to the conference will be on the choir website under the Online Choir tab.
